GEN Remote monitoring equipment must be installed by authorized dealers or qualified technicians. Improper installation may void warranties and affect service reliability. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper installation environment and maintaining generator equipment in good working condition.
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, GEN Remote does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Service may be affected by:
Service fees are determined by your service agreement with your authorized GEN Remote dealer. Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are outlined in your specific service agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEN Remote and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and dealers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our monitoring services are designed to provide information and alerts but do not replace proper generator maintenance, professional inspections, or emergency preparedness planning.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEN Remote and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to GEN Remote and the Services are owned by or licensed to GEN Remote. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
GEN Remote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
